Great exercise. lower back pain seems to be a constant visitor to me and for no apparent reason. I start to get relief immediately when I try this exercise.

Yeah Tony, if this stretch gives relief, it often means that we may be spending too much time with those muscles in a contracted position eg sitting or driving. I'm glad you're getting some relief.
